It’s just Keith and me in the podcast booth today, thanks to Jon fleeing the country after hearing sources in his head.

We discuss Apple’s recent request for sites to ‘talk iPhone’ on October the 4th and PopCap's freemium plans in the news section, before unleashing quite a good-looking selection of new releases.

If you manage to survive my awful impression of a football commentator, then Keith’s on hand to talk you through his early impressions of FIFA 12 on, strangely for him, iPad.

I, on the other hand, have been playing quite a bit this week, and have some words and sentences on the excellent Where’s My Water?, the weird Monsters Ate My Condo, the wonderful Shadowgun, and the funky Slam Dunk King. And then I go and spoil the good mood by ranting about “insidious in-app purchases” on certain titles (typical).
