Yes, we’re as annoyed and as disappointed as you are.

Having spent an hour and a half recording a pretty epic podcast that spanned everything from cutting-edge business news, insider info about competing platforms (you know the one), to some quick and concise reviews, we finished off the night by finding out the recording had corrupted.

Yup, it’s unsalvageable. I was, however, able, to recover the first five minutes. So, that’s good, I guess, except that most of that recording time features our setting up pre-show (not very interesting, I’m afraid).

What makes the recording failure all the more frustrating is that this week marked our US correspondent Damon Brown's first time in the pod.

On the positive side, he’ll now be the most confident-sounding debutant when we find some recording software that doesn’t destroy everything it encounters.

That’ll be next Friday, then. Sorry again, chaps.
