The weekend is a time for relaxing, and what better way to take your mind off the working week than to settle down with the latest episode of our audio podcast and a hot water bottle, or heizung flasche (translation: radiator bottle, though the real name in German is waerm flashe - warm bottle) pressed against your chest.

As you’ll hear within about 30 seconds of the latest episode, we don’t just offer iPhone gaming news, insight and baseless speculation: we offer survival advice. Not that Rob’s soothing baritone and my lilting brogue aren’t enough to keep you feeling warm and toasty as autumn draws in mind.

Using our considerable powers of vocal seduction, Rob and I brave yet another week of megaton iPhone news, spanning new hardware, new games (including Gameloft’s Halo-killer, N.O.V.A.) and new prices.

There’s also a section where Rob channels one of our readers in order to effect an impromptu and somewhat misplaced audition for the part of head wizard in the new Harry Potter film - I hope he gets it.

So how do you get your ears on this broadcast par excellence? The first port of call is iTunes, where you can either subscribe and download the latest episode, or simply double click on it to listen to a streaming version.

You can also use your favoured RSS reader to bookmark this page, or drop by this link to listen to a browser-based streaming version. Comments, praise and solicitations of inappropriate physical contact should be channeled via the forum and don’t forget, if you think our podcast knocks the competition into a cocked hat, say so on the iTunes comments section and leave us a nice juicy five star rating.

That’s it for now. Click ‘Track It!’ to be sure not to miss next week’s show.
