Quietly, quietly, Palm is continuing to pick up significant amounts of support from game publishers.

This week, EA Mobile announced it would be giving away Need For Speed Undercover, The Sims 3 and Monopoly via the UK store in March to celebrate the launch of paid apps.

And now Gameloft has announced that its Diablo clone Dungeon Hunter has gone live on the US App Catalog for the Palm Pre.

Priced at $6.99, which is the same as its Apple App Store launch price, Dungeon Hunter has you choosing a character and then grinding through hack and slash missions, helped by your own special faerie of course,

Or as Tracy put in when reviewing the iPhone version; "All of the best elements of hack 'n' slash role-playing with only a couple of minor shortcomings, Dungeon Hunter is easily the most accomplished example of the genre on the App Store."

You can see Dungeon Hunter on the Palm App Catalog here.
