Ubisoft announces Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Predator for PSP

The Ghost Recon series is no stranger to the PSP, with the series's second installment having previously landed on Sony's portable platform.

Ubisoft continues to support the PSP with the announcement of a brand new title carrying the Ghost Recon name.

In Ghost Recon Predator you play as the leader of what can only be described as an elite squad, hunting for terrorists in the jungles of Sri Lanka. Your mission is to take out the insurgents before the situation escalates.

The game looks to capture the Ghost Recon experience that's so popular on the home consoles, but with new high-tech gadgets. These include the RC drone, which will allow the player to scout out the environments ahead.

However, the biggest new feature in the game is the addition of three-player co-op, with human players taking the role of your squad mates. It's local only, so you're going to have to find three friends with PSPs and copies of the game (which is harder than it sounds).

Ghost Recon Predator is due out this November.
