FirstPlay: New PSN games program launches today
|
PSP

As reported by Edge Online, Sony has launched a new interactive show today via PSN. FirstPlay will be a weekly programme, which can either be bought per episode for 99p, or at £8.99 for a three month subscription.

The download will only be available to registered PSN users, offering reviews and previews of games from Official PlayStation Magazine, along with access to exclusive DLC. Each episode will include six advertising slots, which become skippable the second time through.

The current promotional material makes no mention of PSP content, but Sony has confirmed to Pocket Gamer that content for the handheld would definitely feature in future episodes.

This, along with the possible revival of cult classic GamesMaster, could usher in a resurgence of gaming TV.

The first episode is available now, on PSN.
