Smart platformer Archibald's Adventures skates on PSP Minis

One of the highest reviewed iPhone games ever, Czech developer Rake in Grass has previously ported Archibald's Adventures to mobile and now it's coming to PSP Minis.

As you'd expect from a good port, it brings even more content into play, with 191 levels of the 2D action platformer now available.

Professor's assistant

As young Archibald, you start off on your skateboard, trying to fix the damage done when Professor Klumpfus' latest experiment goes awry, and his strange lifeforms escape their containment cells.

Over time however, you'll gain access to a jetpack, floating bubble and a robotic vehicle capable of scaling walls and ceilings.

And it's your ability to use your range of skills to overcome the obstacles ahead of you that really impresses.

As Keith said in his 9/10 review of the iPhone release: "If this sounds a little basic, don't be fooled. Further challenges find their way into play as you move forward, to the extent that getting to your goal becomes like cracking a code."

Archibald's Adventures is out now as a PSP Minis for PSP and PlayStation 3, priced £2.49.

You can see how it plays in the following video.
