Chainsaws. Horror. Rock 'n' roll. Gory innards.

Crazy Piranha's The Chainsaw Incident is a 2D fighting game for Vita that has all of that. And, my goodness, it's beautifully animated.

The Chainsaw Incident is a horror-themed fighting game set in a twisted rock 'n' roll world with a gorgeously gruesome line-up of 26 characters.

Crazy Piranha has revealed "Milda", "Lenore", and "Massacre" so far - all of which are ready to rip and slice one another apart. Don't worry: it's only cartoon violence here.

You can check out the new teaser trailer for The Chainsaw Incident below.

I just can't get enough of that smooth body horror animation.

And as good as the game already looks, Crazy Piranha will be launching a Kickstarter campaign for The Chainsaw Incident in late February / early March.

Crazy Piranha plans to release the game on PS4 and Vita. The firm will consider other platforms in accordance with fan feedback and funding.
