The latest media release for Capcom’s PS Vita version of
Street Fighter X Tekken contained a host of intriguing new screenshots and concept art.
This batch of images showcases six of the new characters to be added to
Street Fighter X Tekken’s already crowded crossover character roster, and will make the wait for the game's upcoming release all the more difficult for fans of both franchises.
On the
Street Fighter side, players can look forward to Blanka, Dudley, Elena and Sakura, while
Tekken fans will be happy to see Alisa and Lars joining their ranks.

The Vita version of
Street Fighter X Tekken will offer players a total of 12 new characters to choose from.
In addition to the six listed above, Capcom will also introduce
Street Fighter's Cody and Guy alongside
Tekken's Bryan Fury, Christie Monteiro, Jack, and Lei Wulong to round out the dozen new faces.
While a solid release date for the west has not been provided, fans can expect
Street Fighter X Tekken for their Vitas sometime in the fall of 2012.
In terms of pricing, Amazon.com’s pre-order page lists the game at $39.99.
