Sony reveals sneaky sequel Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is coming to PS Vita

Sneaky racoon-lovers everywhere: rejoice. Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will be creeping onto the PS Vita in the not-too-distant future.

Following on from where he left off in 2005's Sly 3 (has it been that long?!), the blank-and-white bandit is still faking amnesia to win the affection of foxy rogue Carmelita.

In this sequel, you'll take control of both Sly and Carmelita, and attempt to restore the good name of Sly's family by travelling through time, engaging in some third-person shooting, and, of course, skulking around a bit.

As well as putting the Vita's gyroscope and touch panels to good use, this portable version of Sly Cooper will support cross-platform cloud saving, allowing you to save your progress on the PS3 version and continue from the same spot on your Vita.

Though Sony has yet to confirm when Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will slip onto the Vita, it has promised to reveal both release date and price "very soon".
