We were pretty excited when we could bring official confirmation that Rayman Legends would make its way to the PS Vita.
Now, we're even more excited to report that new details have surfaced about what Vita-owners can expect from Rayman Legends - namely, two guest cameos from a pair of Ubisoft's other franchises.
Rayman Legends will feature "special guest" costumes for Prince of Persia and Splinter Cell, both of which appear to change the gameplay slightly in a nod to their respective game worlds:
In addition to the guest costumes, Ubisoft also announced that Rayman Legends will feature a co-op play mode, online challenges, and exclusive Murfy's Challenges.
Rayman Legends is due out in the UK on August 30 and will come to the rest of Europe on August 29. Those in the US will need to wait until Septermber 3 to pick up this sequel to the Gold Award-winning Rayman Origins.
