Update on April 12th at 10:48: NiS has announced today that Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness is coming to North America on September 13th and Europe on September 16th.
Announced for Xbox One as a tie-in for the popular anime Psycho-Pass, Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness is now getting a localized version courtesy of NiS.
The game will also have a limited edition featuring an art book, the soundtrack and more:

It's not the first game out of this universe as we already have a visual-novel/shooter mashup on mobile but its release was limited to Japan.
This time around, the game is a full visual novel complete with the freedom you'd expect from the genre.
Being a detective in a world where the mental state of every person is constantly examined, you'll have to choose between two different characters whose motivations and goals are completely different.
It feels a bit like Minority Report but in a good way.
It's getting a physical and digital release on Playstation Vita and you'll be able to buy it at the end of this year.
