This week on the PS Vita Store - Flower, Ys: Memories of Celceta, and lots of free games
|

Subscribing to the PS Plus service is one of the best ways you can spend your money in video games. Don't believe me? Read on for proof.

Six games across three Sony consoles are being made free for PS Plus subscribers this week.

The PS Vita freebies, in particular, are rather tasty indeed.

And even if you're not a PS Plus subscriber, you can still download a couple of neat free games this week.

Let's get cracking, then.

Full-price releases

Flower is that old PlayStation 3 game about flowing through the meadows as a bunch of petals. Guess what? Yep, it's now available on PS Vita for a mere £6.49.

It's worth grabbing if you haven't experienced it before - it's a unique game in every respect.

There's also the Escape Plan Collection for £15.99, which contains the original Escape Plan and the DLC. And there's Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition, a big old DC Comics fighting game for £34.99.

Meanwhile, Fort Defense is £3.99 on the European store, while Ys: Memories of Celceta is $39.99 on the US store. I don't know a whole lot about the latter, other than it's a Japanese RPG that looks rather gorgeous. Expect a review of that on PG soon.

There's some DLC for CastleStorm, too. Outcast To Savior and The Warrior Queen cost £2.39 / $2.99 apiece.

Sales, price drops, and PS Plus

There are plenty of Vita games on sale in the US Vita store. Let me list some of them for you now...

Alien Breed is just $4.99. Atomic Ninjas is $7.99. Dragon's Crown is $29.99. Persona 4: Golden is $19.99. I could go on, but it's probably best if you just visit the store and check 'em all out for yourself.

Don't worry, European gamers: you have some nice toys with which to play, too.

Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed, Guacamelee!, and GTA: Liberty City Stories are now free for PS Plus subscribers, and are all well worth grabbing.

PlayStation Mobile releases

There's nothing new on PS Mobile this week, but you ought to head over to that part of the store anyway.

That's because you can download Rymdkapsel and Passing Time from the PlayStation Mobile store for free right now. Grab them both! Now!

That's your lot - back again next week.
