Sony has revealed the first pair of DLC characters for its upcoming brawler
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, and they're going to be completely free - for a fortnight, anyway.
Having wrapped production on the full game, dev Superbot turned its attention to the first wave of DLC, and has
announced that it will be adding
Starhawk's Emmett Graves, and
Gravity Rush's Kat to the roster.
Naturally, each character comes equipped with his or her own unique moves, inspired by the games which spawned them.
For example, Emmett will have his trusty firearms at his side, and will also be able to summon back-up from the heavens onto the battlefield, just like in
Starhawk.

Kat, meanwhile, will use her trademark ability to ignore gravity and gain the upper hand - and high ground - against her opponents. Details on her attacks are a little sketchy, but we've been promised "a unique brand of aerial assault".
What's more, if you grab the DLC within the first two weeks, you can download it free-of-charge. Wait too long, though, and it'll cost cash-money to get this disparate duo onside.
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is due to launch on Vita on November 23rd. Check back for our review, and we'll let you know when the DLC is due as soon as Sony spills the beans.
