Japanese publisher Nippon Ichi has been teasing an upcoming horror game for PlayStation Vita called Night Watch.

You can see the teaser video above. It's live-action and shows someone wandering through the dark with a torch. At the end a ghost of a young woman appears (don't worry, it's not a jump scare).

No one knew what this game was or anything about it until the first details were discovered in week’s issue of Dengeki PlayStation.

Siliconera provides a translation that reveals Night Watch will be a horror action title will have you playing as a young girl exploring an eerie town at night.

Apparently, the girl is in this precarious situation as she's looking for her older sister and pet dog. However, with her torch she's able to see things that "aren't meant to be seen."

That would explain what that ghost woman in the trailer is all about, then. Hopefully this will creep us right out when it arrives on PS Vita.
