MotorStorm RC would be available on these shores before our colonial brethren (we didn’t really, but that spoils the intro so ‘shh’).
Alas, our (fictional) gloating has been brought to an abrupt end today, as it appears that American PS Vita owners will be able to pick up the game from tomorrow for $0.
The lousy, no-good free-loading swines!The free offer is part of a promotional tie-in with Scion (and includes a special Scion RC car to drive). Note, however, that it doesn't include the PS3 version - that will be available separately for $9.99 ($7.49 for PlayStation Plus subscribers).
PlayStation US Blog hasn’t revealed exactly how long the promotion will run for, so you’re probably best keeping your eyes on the PS Store tomorrow afternoon (PST).

Fair enough - I didn't mind paying for Motorstorm RC at all, top little game at a great price! Not that $0 isn't better!

Awesome, all the time I spent agonizing over whether to locate my Vita PSN account in the UK or US has been justified (the US store just demolishes the UK one in terms of pricing and range).
You never know, maybe Sony UK will pull the same trick if enough people complain?
