Wired Productions has just announced that it's signed an exclusive agreement with Japan-based developer and publisher Sims to publish Let's Fish! Hooked On for the PS Vita in both Europe and the US.

"This agreement forms part of Wired's expansion into console publishing, with further development plans and more titles to be announced soon. It's fantastic to kick-start this by partnering with such a renowned developer as Sims, on a really fun game," Leo Zullo, Wired Productions's managing director, said.

Let's Fish! Hooked On is the PS Vita's very first full-scale fishing game. In this title - which offers "intuitive arcade gaming" - you're tasked with nabbing fish of all shapes and sizes using some of the Vita's hardware features.

"Our heritage in developing quality fishing games, paired with Wired's ability to deliver robust publishing, makes this partnership a natural fit for us. We are excited to bring this, first of its kind, PlayStation Vita game to an even larger audience," Noboru Machida, the CEO of Sims, said.
