Information surrounding
Call of Duty: Black Ops - Declassified, the upcoming Vita version of the insanely popular FPS series, is shrouded in so much secrecry that even the spokesman for
Black Ops 2 developer Treyarch is in the dark.
When asked by
VideoGamer which Activision studio is working on the
Black Ops Vita instalment, Treyarch director of communications John Rafacz replied: "I don't know. With regards to the Vita, all I can tell you is that it's quite literally declassified [sic]. When I know, I'll tell you."
The first details of the Vita spin-off of the home console hit
Call of Duty: Black Ops were
leaked last week. It will feature a unique campaign focusing on smaller special ops missions tailored to the handheld, as well as an unspecified multiplayer component.

Poor old spokesperson struggled majorly there. First struggle, not knowing about the game, isn't his fault but Activisions (a poorly run business if there ever was one - it'll be a case study in textbooks in years to come of how not to run a company if there's any sense in the commerce education of the future). The second, though, is that 'declassified' means that its no longer classified and available to people to know. Surprised that someone working on a game called 'black ops' didn't know the difference ;).
