Upgrade the blow dart capacity as soon as possible - the more you have in stock, the easier it is to take out enemies from afar without attracting any attention.
When running around the city, you'll draw far less attention to yourself if you run along the rooftops and leap between buildings - plus, when you are spotted, it's easier to get away and stay out of the line of sight of your pursuers.
Be sure to loot all of your victims - the money you find will go towards topping up your supplies, as well as helping you upgrade your weapons and abilities quicker.
