New screenshots and a video EA's soon-to-be-released DS game, Orcs & Elves, have emerged.

The RPG adventure classic, developed by John Carmack and produced by id Software originally for the mobile format, is coming to Nintendo's handheld on November 16th.

We previewed the game in September and reported it was looking, well, similar to how it did on mobile. So a bit basic and with some primitive monster animations, but at least with all the smart puzzles from the the original.

There's a new touchscreen inventory and added on levels, monsters and items, too, though. Talking of monsters, some of the gruesome sights in the video should give you some inspiration, if needed, for Halloween. Check it out for yourselves below:
