O2 mobile game download charts and new releases: June 6th

Strawberries and cream, cucumber sandwiches, relentless bucketing rain. It can all only mean one thing: it's nearly time for The Championships, an event which as usual is being accompanied by a mobile game. This year it's the appropriately named Wimbledon 08.

Amongst the other new releases on the O2 portal is The Little Shop of Treasures, a game which sees you man the tills of a curious little bazaar so that you can open your very own curious little bazaar. Then there is AMA Go Green, a self-help mini-game compendium with a focus on getting your dinosaur-sized carbon footprint down to something more in line with the environmental impact of an ant.

If you're looking for some slightly more traditional mobile gaming fare, however, you might want to give the number based match-'em-up puzzler, Numba, a try. Or if you just want to get your hands bloodied with some good old fashioned simulated homicide, the assassin-themed Wanted should be just the ticket.

In the charts this week, meanwhile, Bejeweled is still stubbornly holding onto the top spot, though snuggling up next to it is The Crystal Maze which has shot in out of nowhere. Its appearance has seen off The Simpsons: Minutes to Meltdown, which has once again made a sharp exit out of the charts, while Indiana Jones IV has been replaced by World Snooker 08. As for everything else, well, you know the drill by now.
