THQ serves up Ratatouille but can even this or the might of Heroes shift Sonic from top spot?

Welcome once again to your weekly update from the O2 mobile games download chart.

This week we noticed in our wanderings that the Top 10 has disappeared from O2's official download web site to be replaced
by something called 'O2 recommends'. Which, on inspection, bears an uncanny resemblance to the Top 10.

If the idea of this ploy is to shake up the bestsellers list, however, then it's something of a damp squib as this week's top 10 – a quick nuzzle up the table from Gameloft's Petz aside – is nigh on identical to last week's!

What's that we hear you cry? Will we be forced to endure the dictatorship for another seven days? Is there not a gaming hero out there to challenge the dominance of Sonic and Noel?

Well, yes, as it happens. In fact, Gameloft's latest title from the frankly awesome TV series has a whole stack of Heroes. And should Hiro, Niki and Peter Petrelli fail to do the business, there's always the televisual charms of Player X's Family Fortunes 2nd Edition, the terrifying-looking action of FMX III Hardcore and the blockbuster appeal of THQ's mouth-watering Ratatouille to save us.

Good luck and god speed, we say. See you next week!

Until then, all the games below are available to buy via the O2 games portal, or by texting the short code from a compatible O2 handset.
