One of the strangest games of recent years, Keita Takahashi's stretch, eat and poop experience, Noby Noby Boy, is coming to iPhone.

Originally released as a PSN download for PlayStation 3, it works by giving you control of a sausagedog-like character called Boy. In the PS3 version, one joystick controls his face and the other his tail. You get points by stretching his body around objects in the environment, although like Takahashi's previous game Katamari Damacy, you can also eat things.

Players' points can be uploaded to a central server where they cause a character call Girl (as pictured) to stretch from earth through the Solar System. Apparently she's currently expanding at 40 million metres per day.

Talking to Kotaku, Takahashi says he hopes the iPhone version will also link into the online servers. Details of the touchscreen control system, price or release date - presumably through his employers Namco Bandai - haven't been announced however.
