Nintendo has released improved software for people who are connecting to its DS wi-fi network using their broadband-enabled PCs and Nintendo’s USB connector.

Available from http://ms.nintendo-europe.com/usb/en, the 1 MB zipped download provides new driver software and PC Registration Tool so your PC handles its connection with the USB connector better. However, in order to use the new software you’ll have to uninstall the Registration Tool that came on the original driver CD that came bundled with the connector. You can do this via the start>program menu in Windows XP and then select the uninstall option at the Nintendo PC Registration Tool prompt.

So far Nintendo has yet to provide any software for people using Apple computers.
