European DS release schedule is rammed up to Christmas
|
DS

We love writing stories about upcoming DS games. Partly it's because there are always loads of new games, which should mean lots of great new games for us all to play.

Equally, loads of games also means loads of terrible games which we get to bitch about. Then there are the thirdparty games that Nintendo slips onto its press release but clearly has no idea when they are going to be released. And when we know something more than the might N about those games, it makes us feel superior (but more of that later).

Looking at the release schedule for DS up to Christmas, there are plenty of DS games we can't wait to play. Disney's Anno 1701: Dawn of Discovery, Ubisoft's The Settlers, Square Enix's Heroes of Mana, Sega's Sonic Rush Adventure, THQ's Worms: Open Warfare 2, and 10tacle's Panzer Tactics should make us feel warm inside before the winter is upon us.

Then, later in the year, we can look forward to THQ's film tie-in Ratatouille, and Codemasters' Race Driver: Create & Race, as well as Sega's Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games (a game Sega reckons will be released on November 30th but Nintendo has down for October). We're also keen to try out System 3's Ferrari Challenge, THQ's Drawn To Life, and EA's MySims.

Those release dates in full
