The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is the main 3DS remake we're looking forward to at the moment, but Nintendo legend Shigeru Miyamoto is already looking forward to seeing what other classic Nintendo titles the 3DS can resurrect.

In an interview with Edge, Miyamoto explains that he's gunning for a 3DS version of The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past.

"To see Link To The Past in two layers would be quite attractive for me," he says. He also noted that there are more remakes of classic games on the way as well.

Of course, the Nintendo 3DS software line-up wasn't exactly brimming with exciting titles, let alone remakes. Shigeru claims that Nintendo is looking to fix that.

"We spent a lot of time developing 3DS, for games for the future, so from now on I think we’ll focus more on gaming and we are releasing lots of games this year."
