£157 Tesco 3DS deal a 'pricing error'
Every little would have helped
Earlier today supermarket chain Tesco started offering pre-orders of Nintendo's 3DS for a mere £157, £70 lower than some of its competitors.
Unfortunately, according to MCV, Tesco has confirmed speculation that this improbably low 3DS price is, as many suspected, a mistake. It said in a statement:
"We are very sorry for the pricing error. We have contacted the small number of customers affected to apologise and offer them a full refund."
Pre-orders of Nintendo's Aqua Blue 3DS are available for £157 on the Tesco Direct website at the time of writing, but this is expected to change very soon.
