Soaring in like a bird on a mission, the App Stork is back again to give us the skinny on all this week's iPhone releases which slipped under the noses of the Pocket Gamer staff.

During the week, the App Stork roosts in the Pocket Gamer forums, looking for gaming news to pick up. If you want your new iPhone game scrutinised by his watchful, beady eyes, make sure to post about it in the iPhone developer news section.

Colorous: A Color Odyssey - Fabio Cristi

A race of strange, randomly-coloured creatures called Chromies are looking for some help to defeat their nemesis Gummyhead, who plans on eating every last one of them. Colorous: A Color Odyssey is a matching game with a different - the idea is to match differently coloured Chromies to unleash special attacks.

Different combinations of colours cause different effects, unleashing powerful abilities in the direction of the bad guy. There are two modes to play through - Classic and Story - with eight worlds, 50 levels and ten boss battles.

Ant Blox - Aleph Games

The App Stork sometimes enjoys watching ants scurrying around trying to carry things ten times their own size. Ant Blox lets you help the little guys out, creating paths for them to reach a tasty apple on each level.

First step is to set the level up, placing blocks as platforms over mud and spikes, before letting our miniature wanderer scoot his way across the man-made bridges and ramps.

There are multiple ways to complete each level, so potential replay value is definitely there. Just watch out for the earthquakes. Ant Blox is downloadable from the App Store for £1.19/$1.99.

Ada's Hospital - Triniti Interactive Limited Who would want to be a doctor, eh? Five years of schooling, then surrounded by sick people moaning that they've had a cough for three weeks now, or that their ear has fallen off. Not only is Ada one of these crazy doctor people, but after leaving Med School she's instantly been put in charge of a bustling hospital. Vomit bags at the ready. Ada's Hospital is a time management game with 30 levels of diagnosing and curing patients. Initially, you'll be simply helping people out and sending them on their way, but eventually you'll have to get down to the nitty gritty, like preparing medication and tending to patients in their beds.
