Little King's Story sequel to rule over the land of PS Vita, complete with revamped visual style

Over the course of the Nintendo Wii's life, there have been some really standout releases that had us blowing the dust off the console and diving back in.

One such title was Little King's Story, the ultra-cute tale of a young boy who is made king of a distant fantasy realm, and must build his kingdom up from scratch.

Publisher Marvelous Entertainment has now revealed that this charming RPG is due for a sequel - on a rival platform, no less.

The King, The Demon King and the Seven Princesses: New King Story, as the Japanese version translates into English as, will be released for PlayStation Vita, according to Japanese magazine Famitsu (via translation by Andriasang).

Details are thin on the ground at the moment, but the game appears to have a brand-new visual style, along with love elements à la Harvest Moon.

We shall, of course, keep you informed regarding anything else we hear on the grapevine.
