If you want to see what your Samsung Wave is truly capable of, you could do far worse than checking out EA’s power hungry racer Need for Speed: Shift. The realistic driving sim is, according to Pocket Gamer writer Will Wilson, “super-quick”.

In a promotion, EA is giving the game away for free to first 1.2 million Samsung Wave owners to grab the download for their bada-running smartphone.

The game features 24 street and pro-racing events in locations such as Cichago, Dubai, Italy, and London. You can whizz through the tracks in licensed autos, and upgrade your ride’s top speed, handling, acceleration, and nitrous.

If you’ve got a Samsung Wave, head to Samsung Apps and grab the game before EA’s stock empties.
