NBA Ballers: Rebound

Like blondes, basketball big shots have more fun

NBA Ballers: Rebound

This year was always going to be the one for the PSP to get into its stride. And so it is proving, with a steady stream of high profile game publishers announcing strong support for Sony's handheld unit.

The latest to share its intentions is Midway, who has confirmed three forthcoming projects based on some of its more popular franchises. The first to emerge, NBA Ballers: Rebound, is a basketball affair due this spring, which sees you rising from neighbourhood court player to NBA superstar and enjoying all the trappings that kind of lifestyle entails. Be it the raddest rides, the flyest fashion or mammoth mansions, Rebound is your glimpse into the world of sporting stardom. All you have to do is prove your worth on the court by taking on the best in one-on-one encounters.

In addition to modes such as Dunkfest and King of Thieves, the PSP version includes wi-fi gameplay. Just the thing for proving, once and for all, who the best basketballer in the playground/office/train station really is.
