Nokia debuts viral N-Gage ad campaign

Get Out And Play gives Snake and Breakout the human touch

Nokia debuts viral N-Gage ad campaign

So, N-Gage is live now, but where is the advertising to tell everybody about it? May I suggest you point your web browser here to see the first campaign.

It's called Get Out And Play, and it's one of them there trendy online viral things. It starts with a video clip showing a suitably chiselled male model starting the world's longest human Snake chain:

And then gets even stranger, with an interactive game based on Breakout, except the bat, ball and bricks are all people from the video:

And then it's back to the video, to see just how long that human Snake chain has become:

Impressive, eh? And then it ends with the money shot, of the chiselled bloke looking a bit mad, but holding a phone with Snakes Subsonic running on it:

I'm not sure if this is going to make it to the TV, or just stay as an online site. But it's at least good to see Nokia starting to flex its marketing muscles in support of its new mobile gaming platform.
