N-Gage previews touch down on Nokia N95

You'll need a firmware update to play them

N-Gage previews touch down on Nokia N95

The launch of Nokia's new N-Gage platform may have been delayed until December, but the company is trying to build buzz by offering free previews of its games to users.

The classic N95 is one of the handsets that'll run N-Gage when it launches, and its latest firmware update includes demos of two games: FIFA 08 and Asphalt 3: Street Rules, according to All About Symbian.

The demo application will also ensure N95 owners are among the first to download the full N-Gage client when it's released next month.

The demos are part of the N95's latest firmware update, which you'll need to use Nokia's Software Update site to get. N-Gage demos are also available on the N81 and N95 8GB handsets, where they've been preloaded.

We're hoping Nokia releases a similar update for our N73 handset, which is also slated to be N-Gage compatible. If it does, rest assured we'll bring you hands-on reports of the demos.
