Subscription service Zed has launched its latest mobile game, My Mahjong. It's a new take on the traditional tile-based puzzle, albeit with some very modern connected features.

For starters, the game is being released as both a mobile game and a PC download, with the latter being free.

They work together too, thanks to a level design option in the PC version, which lets you create your own Mahjong puzzles, then upload them to the Zed community for other people to download to their phones.

Plus, there's online rankings for Club Zed members, and within the game itself you can use 'magic' features like hints, shuffle and freezing time to help you progress through the game.

It's just the latest example of a mobile game that takes advantage of 'user generated content' (UGC), following in the footsteps of EA Mobile's recently released Boom Blox.

To get your hands on My Mahjong, though, you'll have to click here, as it's not available through operator portals.
