Developer Tin Man Games working on a Judge Dredd gamebook for iOS and Android

Australian developer Tin Man Games has announced that it's reached an agreement with publisher Rebellion to create "the first ever" interactive digital Judge Dredd gamebook.

Although the Down Under dev hasn't revealed any major game details yet, it has disclosed that it will "work closely" with some of the team that produced the most recent Judge Dredd tabletop role-playing game.

"We're privileged to be working with a great group of writers and artists that really understand the Judge Dredd universe," Neil Rennison, Tin Man Games's creative director, said.

Don't Judge me

Despite the lack of details, it's probably safe to assume that the gamebook will take place in the franchise's iconic Mega-City One. Other than that, your guess is as good as ours.

This currently untitled Judge Dredd gamebook will hit the App Store at some point in the second quarter (April to June) of 2012, and will cost £2.99 / $4.99. It will be available on Android at a later date.

We'll keep you updated with any new information we receive.
