Gameloft has taken to its Facebook page to release a sneak peek of a new game currently in development.

While details such as the name of the game, the systems it will be available for, or even what it is about remain under wraps, Gameloft was happy to disclose that it will be the first game it has built using the Unreal Engine.

Clearly, however, it will be melee combat game involving big, sharp blades and lots of armour - and no doubt you'll be able to spend money buying additional items.

Since Epic Games licensed the use of Unreal Engine 3 to other developers, it has became the premium game engine of choice for mobile games.

It is the powerful framework that gorgeous games like Infinity Blade, Batman Arkham City Lockdown, and Dark Meadow are built upon.

For reasons never made clear, Gameloft canned its first Unreal Engined game March of Heroes in September 2011.

No doubt Gameloft will release additional details (and a teaser trailer) for this Unreal Engine game soon. Indeed, you can vote on Facebook whether you want to see more of the teaser image or the teaser video.
