For a mobile game, this is great. It deserves an 8 at least.

I'd probably give it an 8/10. Though it is not a full Arkham game, it is massive and very fun for a game I carry in my pocket. The controls are perfect for small touch screen. The music works very well and ramps up when you're fighting. If anything, I would point out there are obvious visual differences when playing on different devices. And I agree that the iap's are ridiculous.
But this is the game people were crying for when they were complaining that B:ACL is on rails. Well, here's Batman in an open Gotham. What more do you expect from a mobile title?!
