Robots vs Wizards's Pocket Gamer Bronze Award winner Paper Monsters has been slashed in price, meaning you can now download it from the App Store completely free of charge.

In case you've never played Paper Monsters, it's a classic 2D side-scrolling platformer, set in a world created entirely out of paper, cardboard, and a few cotton balls.

Each of the game's 16 levels is packed with enemies, collectibles, power-ups, and secret areas. The game itself is chock-full of opportunities to boost your collection of Game Center achievements, too.

Paper Monsters, which was £1.99 / $2.99 only yesterday, is now available as a Universal app for free, so you'd be silly not to snap it up.
