We first
told you that Replay Games was bringing
Leisure Suit Larry to a range of mobile devices all the way back in June, but we now have several new details to share with you regarding the franchise.
For starters, Replay Games has managed to secure the rights to the entire
Leisure Suit Larry franchise across all platforms, meaning the publisher can now release all current entries in the series - "reimagined and redesigned for the future!" - for iOS, Android, Steam, OnLive, and a range of other platforms.
First up will, of course, be the reimagining of the classic
Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards, which will revisit the title's 1991 remake and get the HD treatment it deserves.
Happy as LarryThat's not all, though, as Replay Games also plans to release an "all-new high-def"
Leisure Suit Larry adventure some time in Q4 2012.
We still don't have a solid release date for
Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards, but we're told that it will arrive "much earlier" than the franchise's aforementioned brand-new entry.

You have your facts wrong. The new HD version of Leisure Suit Larry In The Land Of The Lounge Lizards is in fact the same product you mention under the sub-category "Happy as Larry". It's the same product, a brand new HD version of LSL1.
