Acclaimed dungeon-crawler Legend of Grimrock heading to iOS

Almost Human Games has said via its Twitter account that it'll be bringing the 3D grid-based dungeon-crawler Legend of Grimrock to iOS in the future.

Legend of Grimrock is an RPG that takes inspiration from titles like Eye of the Beholder and Dungeon Master from the early '90s.

Rather than taking place in a full 3D environment, your movement is constrained to an invisible grid, with your party represented by portraits on the side of the screen.

The game exclusively takes place in dark, oppressive dungeons, with a wide range of devious puzzle and traps (as well as nasty monsters) to overcome.

There's no date attached to the iOS port just yet, but we'll keep you posted when we hear any more news on the title.
