Rockstar have welcomed in the Chinese New Year by halving the prices of
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars on iPhone and
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars HD on iPad from £5.99 / $9.99 to just £2.99 / $4.99.
The latest portable instalment of the Grand Theft Auto series sees you take on the role of Huang Lee, who has to deliver an ancient sword to his Uncle Kenny to ensure that his family retains control of the Triad gangs of Liberty City.
Missions vary from stealing cars and engaging in street races to drug dealing and shoot-outs with the police.
Pocket Gamer’s Tracy Erickson gave the iPhone version a highly impressive Gold Award at review, noting that although the lack of a targeting system keeps Chinatown Wars from perfection, it doesn't detract from the brilliant gameplay.
Chinatown Wars will be half price until Sunday.
