Amazon US sells all smartphones (except iPhones) for $0.01 in pre-Cyber Monday sale

Amazon is preparing for the upcoming online shopping-focussed 'Cyber Monday' in the US by lowering the price of every one of the phones it carries, except the iPhone, to a frankly ridiculous $0.01 on a two-year contract.

Among the phones on offer are the brand spanking new Motorola Droid Razr 4G, formerly listed at $799.99, and the Samsung Galaxy S II 4G Touch, which normally retails for $599.99.

Put your money away

With prices like these, its hard to imagine punters in America waiting for the upcoming release of the Galaxy Nexus, especially considering the volume control problems it has faced.

Phones included in the sale are available on the AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon networks.

The sale will come to an end this coming Monday (November 28th), so if you're an American in the market for a new phone, we recommend you get involved. Soon.
