As part of a YouTube video, it shows a cartoon character of a winking boy who's holding an iPhone or iPod touch. He turns to the camera and puts his thumb up.
Another clue can be seen in the background, which shows some sort of Heath Robinson mechanism with a pair of scissors ready to cut the string holding a balloon.
UPDATE: Speculation suggests the game could be a version of iPad puzzler Casey's Contraptions HD.
