Mr & Mrs Smith have their sights on your phone

It’s not every day that you can live as Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie, so Glu Mobile’s Mr & Mrs Smith movie tie-in has got one up on the competition already. You play as either the Mr or Mrs of the title and must defend yourselves from the agents that have been dispatched to finish you off. If you’ve seen the movie you’ll be familiar with the premise, with the storylines of each level corresponding roughly with one of the set-pieces from the film.

The game itself plays a little like a firing range; you view the action from a first-person perspective and must identify enemy agents among the civilians by using a camera. Once you’ve fingered an agent, the fun begins; you’ve got a selection of weaponry from which to choose and carte blanche to let rip with the ordnance. There are nine levels to shoot your way through, including night missions where your infra-red ‘scope becomes your new best friend.
