More Brain Exercise as Dr Kawashima returns to mobile

As much as we enjoy killing our brain cells with mobile phone radio waves (unproven (but kinda likely)) it's also nice to even out the balance a little with some neural stimulation from Dr Kawashima.

So it's good news that he's returning to the mobile in More Brain Exercise with Dr Kawashima, which introduces a whole new range of challenging games officially tested by the good doctor, and proven (according to the press release, anyway) to stimulate your temporal lobe, parietal lobe, and frontal lobe to keep your grey matter awake and active.

"It's around this time of year that many of us start to make resolutions to improve our health and well being," thinks Barry O'Neill, president of Namco Bandai Networks Europe. "Many people will sign up for a gym membership but neglect their brains. This game will allow users to raise a mental sweat to truly get in shape for 2009."

More Brain Exercise with Dr Kawashima features fifteen new brain training games, five of which are used to measure your brain age, as well as bonus games and additional functionality. Up to three different profiles can be stored in the game so you can lock brains with friends and compete using the same handset.

There'll also be the obligatory selection of sudoku puzzles and Namco Bandai has also developed a More Brain Exercise web site, four online brain training games and a Facebook application.

Head on over to the official website to get your thinking cap on.

Spanner Spencer
Spanner Spencer
Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
