Zeemote JS1 launching next week with Sony Ericsson W760i

But you'll have to go Dutch to get one

We've been tracking the Zeemote JS1 controller for some time now, and it's been causing plenty of excitement amongst developers who see it as a solution to dodgy keypad controls.

Now the company has revealed its launch plans, in an interview with Mobile Games Blog. It seems the device will be available next week, albeit in one country and bundled with a single handset.

"We are very excited to announce that we will launch the Zeemote JS1 controller first in The Netherlands in a bundle with the new Sony Ericsson W760i," says Zeemote's Jim Adams in the interview.

However, it seems that people buying the phone will have to redeem a voucher to claim their free JS1, rather than it being actually in the box.

There's no news on when we might get the JS1 here in the UK, but if this launch represents a wider deal with Sony Ericsson, hopefully it won't be too long.
