In Deepwoken, there are many different ways you can get stronger. But the most important thing is choosing the right Talents. Talents can either give you new abilities, enhance existing ones or increase stats. And since there are so many Talents in the game, you have to choose wisely.
HOW TO GET DEEPWOKEN TALENTS
Getting Talents in Deepwoken depends partly on luck. In the beginning, you get a hand that contains two to five Talent Cards. Some you always get automatically, and some you need to unlock. And, of course, the best Talents are harder to get.
To unlock Talent Cards, you need to fulfil certain prerequisites. These can be completed by fighting enemies, levelling up your character, and doing other activities in Deepwoken. And this is what most of the prerequisites in the game look like:
- You must have a certain level of stats, such as Strength, Agility, and Charisma.
- You must engage in certain activities, such as Alchemy.
- You must have a certain Talent to unlock other Talents of the same group.
It is also worth noting that obtaining some Talents may prohibit you from getting others. For example, you won't be able to get The Final Act and Eruption Path: Lava Serpent at the same time. Therefore, the more you play and progress in the game, the better Talents you can get. Eruption Path: Lava Serpent (+4 Elemental Intensity)
It is an exclusive Flamecharm Talent. It's great for players who create flame charm builds. With this Talent, you will be able to cause an eruption under your enemies with every hit, and you will no longer inflict a burn. Overall, an eruption is much more effective in both PvP and PvE.
- Prerequisites - 40 Flamecharms

Golden Tongue
It is a Legendary Talent. It allows you to use your voice to place a buff on allies. And if you can't apply the buff, you will restore your ether and reservoir. In other words, if used correctly, Golden Tongue will be able to support you and not other players.
- Prerequisite - 40 Charisma

Exoskeleton (+10 Health)
It is a Legendary Talent. And it is one of the best Talents for a Tank build. Exoskeleton gives you natural armour that can protect you from 15% physical damage. Luckily, you can stack it with other defensive bonuses to become nearly invincible.
- Prerequisites - 35 Fortitude

Ghost (+5 passive agility)
It is a Legendary Talent. It is great for PvP battles, as you can confuse your opponent. And by using Ghost, you can become invisible while dodging. Also, this Talent has a very small cooldown.
- Prerequisites - Risky Moves Talent and 35 Agility

Graceful Steps (+3 Elemental Intensity)
It is another exclusive Flamecharm Talent. Using the Mantra, you can turn into a fireball and quickly move in the direction you are facing. It may be difficult for you to get used to it at first, but trust us, it can help you win almost any PvP battle.
- Prerequisites - Dancing Steps Talent and 75 Flamecharm

Reinforced Armor (+10 Ether, +5 Health)
It is a Legendary Talent. Reinforced Armor reduces all incoming PEN by 30%. And if you combine this with other defensive Talents, then your enemies will get tired and leave after realising they are unable to kill you. However, you will also have to spend a lot of time to unlock this Talent.
- Prerequisite - 90 Fortitude

Vanishing Follow-up
It is a Legendary Talent. Vanishing Follow-up allows you to teleport to the enemy after a successful flourish. In other words, you will be able to carry out unbelievably long combos and chase the enemy.
- Prerequisite - 40 Agility
