Power Slap introduces new PvP mode in latest update
Rollic and Zynga have just announced a massive new update for their superhit game, Power Slap. The turn-based fighter on mobile has seen loads of success, with over 31 million matches being played where more than one billion people were slapped. Now, a new PvP mode is set to take things to the next level.
Power Slap’s new PvP mode comes with two options - either Match-Making PvP or Slap with friends. In the former, players will be matched with others from all over the world in a ranking-based system. With each victory, players will ascend the ladder within their team’s league. Leaderboards can be tracked both locally and globally in real-time.
As players progress through the ranks, they will have the opportunity to use iconic Power Slap heroes such as Light Heavyweight Champion Wolverine (Ron Bata), former Light Heavyweight champion Ayjay “Static” Hintz, Super Heavyweight Da Crazy Hawaiian (Koa Viernes), and founder Dana White as personal coaches. They will offer support and bring lots of extra income and slap power.
The Slap with Friends mode is a little more casual as players can hop into a game with their buddies regardless of the league. Personal matches can be created where friends can join in and go all out on each other. In addition, customization has been significantly improved as well. Players can modify the character’s eyebrows, eyes, hair, face shape, body tattoos, and more to create a highly personalized version of themselves.
