Krafton has just announced a collaboration between their popular battle royale PUBG Mobile and the world-famous anime series Jujutsu Kaisen. This month-long event will feature skins of the series’ leads, Cursed Corpse enemies, a crate hunt, new emojis, and loads of exclusive items. Players have until March 15th to get their hands on all the crossover has to offer.

Jujutsu Kaisen is set in a world where everyone emits energy called Cursed Energy. Regular humans are unable to control this energy and, as a result, it keeps dying down but also gives birth to the Curses at the same time, who are spiritual beings that only want to harm mankind. On the other hand, there are Jujutsu Sorcerers, who can control the Cursed Energy and perform unique techniques using it.

The anime focuses on Yuji Itadori, a high school student who swallows a cursed finger and transforms into the legendary Curse Ryomen Sukuna. Yuji must now find and consume all of Sukuna’s cursed fingers before facing his death sentence. He is accompanied by his fellow students Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki and teacher Satoru Gojo.

All the characters will have their own cosplay sets that can be collected and used on Erangel and Livik. Cursed Object Crates are scattered throughout the battleground and contain Sealed Sakuna Fingers that will provide amazing rewards. The Cycle system contains clues that will aid survivors to find these crates.

The antagonists from the series – Cursed Corpses will also show up on the themed maps. A newly added Cursed Corpse Grenade can summon a Boss Cursed Corpse who will provide a tonne of supplies when defeated. Playing matches will also earn players Exploration Points that can be used to collect Jujutsu Kaisen themed rewards, temporary emotes, ornaments, cosplay sets, and more. There’s also an option to make rewards permanently available.

Look for severed fingers in this collaboration by downloading PUBG Mobile for free on the App Store and Google Play.
