If you are a beginner, you cannot simply start fighting against Wintertodt. First, you should meet the boss’ requirements. The main one is that you must have at least level 50 of Firemaking.

Ensure also to get Axe, Food, Hammer, Tinderbox, and Knife. They will bring you extra points while fighting the boss. Even though you need to stay at a lower HP to get less damage, sometimes it might lead to accidental death.
